材料以钢方通喷塑作为框架，采用风机滤网机组FFU送风，四周围用防静电垂帘，顶部铺盖密缝盲板，形成一个密缝区，内部净化级别可达10-100000级；特别适用于车间内局部净化级别要求高的区域，如流水线作业区域。高精确度产品组装区。
